Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the order date.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify, you must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damaged part of the item.
Return Process

Once approved, send the item to our return warehouse address listed below.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll begin processing your refund.

Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the returned item has been received and verified.
Shipping Fee Policy
If the return request is made after 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage (e.g. change of mind, wrong style/size/color), you will also cover the shipping fee.
